Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

House of Party offers a variety of shipping methods to best meet your needs, shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order. Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your details. We are committed to prepare your order within 24 hours of receiving it, once it is ready to go out the door you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

Standard Shipping – Free on orders of $99.00 or more, delivers within 7-10 business days after shipping.

Expedited Shipping – Delivers within 5 days after shipping. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order.

Note: All orders will ship Monday-Friday, excluding nationally observed holidays in Canada. Any orders placed Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed next business day.

Return and Refund Policy:

At House of Party, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with the party supplies you purchase from us. Please take a moment to review our updated return policy:

1. Return Window:

  • You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

3. Return Initiation:

  • Contact us at hello@houseofparty.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

4. Approval and Instructions:

  • Upon approval, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to send the package.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or when a discount coupon is used.

6. Restocking Fee:

  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% to cover processing and restocking costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Damages and Issues:

  • Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

8. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

9. Cancellations:

  • If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, if the order has not been shipped, you can request a cancellation. Please contact us at hello@houseofparty.com for assistance.

10. Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
