Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

We start working diligently on your order as soon as we get it! Unfortunately, we cannot make any adjustments once an order is placed.

I provided the wrong shipping address with my order. Can I change it?

Please contact us at hello@houseofparty.com ASAP. After an order is fulfilled and shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes, unfortunately. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we'd be happy to issue a refund of your items, with the exception of the original shipping cost. Or we can re-ship it to a new address, but you will be responsible for the re-ship charges.

My order is lost/damaged, what do I do?

I have a discount code, how can I use it ?

During the checkout process, simply type or paste your code and click "Apply". Only one discount code can be used per order.
